Ordering Guidelines

Let'em Eat Cake appreciates your business and would like to make the ordering process as straightforward as possible.
Here are some simple ordering guidelines to ease the process.

We strongly suggest a minimum of TWO WEEKS notice for any order, but that does not guarntee availability. Orders can be placed up to 6 months in advance.

Orders may not be placed online.

Our schedule fills up very quickly. We strive to dedicate as much time necessary to each and every order so you have the best experience possible.

We want to serve you the best way we can and that is in person. We love to sit down with you and sketch out your design and discuss all of the details face to face to make sure that your cake is perfect for your special occasion. A deposit is required to secure your order.

We welcome you to use the Contact Us Form on the site or e-mail us to ask basic questions or to check availability however, PLEASE come in for a one on one consultation to place your order and get a quote. Appointments are usually only required if you want a tasting or if it's for a wedding. Tues-Thurs are the best days to drop in from 10:30am-5pm.

We do not keep pre-made cakes on hand but when we have availability we do try to accomodate rush orders though they are subject to a 20% rush fee.

We do not offer styrafoam or "dummy" cakes.

We put so much time, care and skill into the decoration of your beautiful cake we feel that it would be a tragedy to throw it away. We would prefer you to enjoy having a real cake and not something artificial.

We do offer limited sugar and gluten free cakes by special order only.

Coupons and discounts MUST be presented at the time of ordering to be honored.

We are happy to provide you with a price quote for your order. Please understand that prices are determined by the time and skill involved by a trained professional in creating every cake. There is no flat rate pricing as every cake is unique.

To get an accurate estimate please provide us with the following information when you visit:

Date & Time you need the order ready by and if it is for pickup or delivery
Cake flavors, fillings & Frostings
How many guests do you anticipate needing to serve
What kind of decoration do you want
If you have a theme, drawing, or picture that inspires you please bring it to your consultation.

This information will help us in creating the cake of your dreams. We stand fully behind our work and know that you will be satisfied with our superior quality cakes.
